Agora - where research meets the public
The Agora scheme of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) aims to foster dialogue between scientists and society. It encourages researchers to communicate their current research to an audience of lay people. Submitted projects must have a duration of up to three years and a budget of between CHF 5,000 and CHF 200,000. Read more

University of Bern, mLAB residency
Call for residencies in form of transdisciplinary research collaborations between academia, research, (digital) media, and arts. The residency aims to foster collaborations that experiment with new methodological approaches, forms of knowledge production and science communication. All disciplines are eligible to apply, at least one team member must be working or studying at the University of Bern. A maximum sum of CHF 12,000 can be granted for residencies lasting one month or 30 days spread over a longer time. Read more

REPIC
REPIC is jointly funded by four federal departments: SECO, SDC, FOEN and SFOE and supports projects that transfer knowledge and technology to develop renewable energy and resource efficiency in developing and transition countries. Project applicants must be Swiss organisations (companies, NGOs, institutes, etc.). The projects must have innovative content and be in a pre-commercial stage. A maximum of 150,000 CHF can be granted per project. Read more
